This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behaviour on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. While you cannot opt out of advertising on the HAKCOLLECTIONS Platform, you may opt out of much interest-based advertising on third party sites and through third party ad networks (including Double Click AdExchange, Facebook Audience Network and Google AdSense). Opting out means that you will no longer receive personalized ads by third parties ad networks from which you have opted out, which is based on your browsing information across multiple sites and online services. If you delete cookies or change devices, your ‘opt out’ may no longer be effective to fulfil the purpose for which you provide it.
We will share information with our business partners: This includes a third party who provides us various services. Our partners use the information we give them as described in their privacy policies.

We may share information for Internal Use or may share it with any successor to all or part of our business: For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction. We may also share your information with any present or future member of our “Group” (as defined above) or affiliates for our internal business purposes
We may share your information for reasons not described in this policy: We may share your information other than as described in this Policy if we notify you and you consent to the sharing. We will tell you before we do this.
ANOTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS –
- The images supplied for reselling must not be used for other purpose than HAk collections reselling purpose.
- Since the images of dress are photographic images, there will be negligible variation from the colour and shades of the original products.
- All logistics operations for resellers are done by Hak collections directly.
- Members are not allowed to sell any of our products below MSP (minimum selling price) as mentioned on each images.
- Never resell the product for an amount lesser than Hak collection price.
- Quality of products from Hak Collection is 100% guaranteed.
- The reseller must send an open video of the products while unpacking the dress. The dress of which the open video is not sent will not be assured for return for refund.
- The privacy and personal information security regarding customers is guaranteed.

How to login
Hakcollections Reseller Registration Via App
Today when everything is possible using a smartphone, most people do not want to open the computer. Hakcollections registration is very possible through android as well as ios applications. Here are the steps you need to follow to register on Hakcollections through the smartphone application.
- Install Hakcollections application from Google Playstore.
- When you open the app after installation, an interface will come where you have to click on ‘Continue’ option available at the bottom of the screen.
- Now, another screen will come where you have to select the phone or mail id through which you want to register on the app.
- And the membership page opens the categories will show in the options. Silver ,gold, platinum is the categories.
- After choosing the categories
- A form will displayed then fill the form and submit the request
- For verifications our representative contact you through call or email
- After the verification is complete, a page will open where you will find a video on the use of Hakcollections. You can leave this page by clicking on the option at the bottom of the screen.
- After that you will enter your profile. Here, you have to select your profile which you will find on the bottom right side of the screen.
- Here you have to click on the option of Edit Profile.
- You have to fill all the details like your personal details, contact details and your work details in the blank form and click on save option available on the top right corner of the screen.
- After you’ve saved your details, now use the arrow in the top left corner to go back.
- Fill the details and click on submit option.
On the profile itself, there are other options that you can check out and use as per your needs. You will also get information about the activities you are doing on your profile.
REFUND AND SHIPPING –
What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers and suppliers listed on the Platform that are within the return window. However, products that are explicitly identified as ‘not returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned. All returns are subject to other Sections of this policy.
However, if you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product from any seller listed on the Platform, you will still be allowed return/replacement even if the product is categorized as ‘non-returnable’ in the product description.
In case you have purchased a product with which a free product is delivered, and you raise a request for return the main product, you will have to return the free product as well. Further, a product which forms a part of a package of other products, you must return all products that form part of the package to process the refund.
In circumstances where you return an extra or a different product, HAKCOLLECTIONS will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of such product and will not be responsible for its delivery back to you,
REFUND STEPS-
You can return the product within 1 to 2 days from the date of receiving.
The reseller must send an open video of the products while unpacking the dress. The dress of which the open video is not sent will not be assured for return for refund.
Return the item after approval from our customer care team.
The returned product should be in its original condition.
The products like defective or damaged from the customer side are not refundable.
The online purchased product contains a hakcollections order number which is necessary.
After the inspection of the product, you will get a refund confirmation.

How to return items?
You can return the products purchased on the Platform within the specified return/exchange period provided on the product description page. To return a product, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- If a product is eligible for return, the user will be able to initiate the return request under the ‘My Orders’ section.
- Create a ‘return request’ under the ‘My Orders’ section on the Platform and follow the instructions provided on the Platform.
- After the ‘return request’ has been raised, Return ID will be generated by Hakcollections.
- In case you purchase multiple products in a single order, return requests for individual items can also be raised.
- Once a return request is raised, Hakcollections shall analyse the request and accordingly process the request internally. All return / exchange claims shall be subject to Hakcollections’s discretion.
- If you have scheduled a pick – up for returning the product, please keep the items ready to be picked up by the delivery partners.
- Please keep the product in the original manufacturer’s packaging, all tags should be intact and warranty card, if any, should also be placed with the product.
- At the time of pick up, our delivery partner may conduct a quality check on the product to ensure the product meets the criteria specified under return guidelines. If the product fails such a quality check, the product shall not be returned, and no refund shall be made against such product.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When will I get my refund?
Following are the processing timelines after the product is received by us or when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the products.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate refund to the same account used at the time of checkout.
